Organic and gluten free corn pasta
We started from raw material: organic corn, cultivated without synthesis products, pesticides or herbicides.
Corn is a naturally gluten-free cereal.
Starting from the raw material, a masterly and careful process is developed in order not to alter its characteristics.
The plants are exclusively used for gluten-free products.
The brass wire-drawing and the cooking at a low temperature, allow us to have an excellent product. With this characteristics the esult in cooking is surprising: the corn paste, despite the absence of gluten, has an extraordinary crumbliness. The product remains “al dente” and does not break during the preparation.
