The BUONO E SANO bakery goods are prepared for consumers who are attentive to the food they eat and to the goodness of the product: diverse refined flavours, moist cakes and crumbly biscuits.

Certain products are intended for people who are allergic to wheat, eggs, dairy products and yeasts. The shortbread biscuits with fructose are suitable for the less serious types of diabetes.

For certain products larger packages are suitable for families.

We select quality ingredients

Quality flours: spelt, kamut®, rice, corn, wheat.
Fats: non-hydrogenated vegetable fats, olive oil and sunflower seed oil
Sweeteners: rice malt, corn malt, concentrated apple juice, cane sugar and fructose.

Homemade preparation makes the product unique: each product is different from the others.
